Property blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also featured in this new document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend identifying various sections of the land.
In addition to this are what look to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for dock shelters.
More images disclosed as part of the continuing oversight release.
